| Residents & Supporters of Miller Grove, It was with great excitement and optimism we scheduled our grand opening to be held on June 13, 2009. However due to controllable & uncontrollable issues, the station will not be complete by that date. We will continue to work hard on the station, and there is a (slight) chance of completion by June, but even then, there are unseen obstacles to overcome. One for instance, as of today, there is no running water or septic system. With the past rain and possibly more to come, I cannot confirm a date these important items will be installed. With the above stated, we are postponing the grand opening to a later date. I apologize for any activities you may have skipped to attend June 13, but I’m not confident the new station will adequately accommodate the public by this date. The new date will be announced in the Sulphur Springs News Telegram, Star 95.9 Radio Station and our website: www.mgfdtexas.com Please stay tuned for the update. In the mean time, you’re encouraged to drop by and take a look. Your positive response of support has brought MGVFD to the 21st Century! I also invite anyone who is interested in joining (or information), to please contact me. This is an exciting way to give back to your family & friends.
